MINOOKA, Ill. (Apr. 30, 2026) — QuikTrip (QT), one of the nation’s leading convenience and gasoline

retailers, is celebrating the opening of a new travel center at 501 N. Ridge Rd. in Minooka, conveniently

located along Interstate 80 at Exit 122.

As a travel center, this location features a larger lot and a more spacious store design than a traditional

QT. The Minooka location has room to service 20 vehicles for gas and six diesel bays for trucks.

Inside, customers will find QT Kitchens, the company’s signature foodservice offering, with a wide

selection of grab-and-go meals and made-to-order options. Popular menu items include The Big Q

fountain drinks, hot dogs topped your way, fresh pizza, and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee drinkers can

enjoy QT’s industry-leading coffee system that offers 12 choices on tap, including hot and iced lattes

made with real milk and freshly ground beans.

This is QuikTrip’s 20th location in Illinois, and stores in Bridgeview and South Holland are under

construction and scheduled to open in the coming months.
